After a 50 minute flight from Dulles to Atlanta, that left at 4:18 pm on February 12, we had a flight from Atlanta to Accra, Ghana. In Accra we refueled and switched some passengers. After an hour of waiting at 1:30 pm (Liberian time, 8:30 am Eastern Standard time) we took off for Monrovia, Liberia. We landed at the Robert's International Airport at 3:00 pm Liberian time. Donovan and I went through customs and were greeted by a lively bunch. Christina, Brendon and the kids were all outside the airport waiting for us. After loading up all the luggage we headed to the house. So that is how the trip to Africa went. Hope it was detailed enough. (:
